Sydney Fish Market has joined the City of Sydney Sustainable Destination Partnership which is a collaboration of tourism and hospitality organisations working together to make Sydney a sustainable destination.

Sydney Fish Market will participate in partnership working groups that focus on data collection and reporting on waste management, addressing environmental issues of food waste, water efficiencies and single use plastics.
