Autumn is about to begin, and for Sydney Seafood School, that means a new and exciting schedule of cooking classes. This seasonal series is packed with the largest number guest presenters in many years!
Seafood trendsetter Mitch Orr (Kiln), personality-packed social star Big Sam Young, 'vege-lante' Alice Zaslavsky, healthy eating mogul Tom Walton, the Fish Shop's Joel Bennetts, and modern Chinese expert Hamish Ingham (Redbird) top the line-up from March to May.

National Prawn Day celebrations on March 18th, teaching you how to prepare Australia's favourite species in three different, delicious ways.

Easter Feast on April 1st, providing you with the ultimate Easter Entertaining menu ahead of the long weekend, from stunningly simple appetisers, to a whole fish centrepiece, to decadent baked desserts.

Seafood Brunch on May 7th, providing the perfect opportunity to gather the family for a decadent long brunch ahead of Mother's Day.

Urchin Uncovered on April 29th, where SFM Tour Guide Alex Stollznow will take you on a deep dive into one of Australia's (and the world's) most misunderstood delicacies. You'll also get a meet and greet with one of the artisinal fishers who hand-dives for the species!
