Tuna as close to perfect as a food source can be. They are found worldwide, are fast growing, fast moving, and perfectly adapted to their predatory task.
The smaller species in particular have proved themselves remarkably resilient to fishing pressure and are amongst the most sustainable species commercially available.
Cooked, or not, Australia has only just started to scratch the surface of how wonderful Tuna are.
