Khanh Nguyen is the former Co-owner and founding chef of two of Melbournes of top restaurants, ARU and SUNDA.
Khanh has since moved back to Sydney to helm The Bentley Group's newest restaurant, King Clarence as the Executive Chef. Being awarded two chefs hats and nominated nationally for Best New Restaurant in just a short 6 months of operating.
He is also known for his appearance as a guest judge on Channel 10’s MasterChef Australia.
His culinary creations showcase a harmonious blend of fine dining finesse, Australian-Vietnamese heritage, and a deep appreciation for native Australian ingredients.
